En Coforge estamos buscando Semi Senior Business Analyst (#20789-1-10) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Levantar y analizar procesos impactados por iniciativas de negocio y tecnología.
  • Gestionar y facilitar mesas de trabajo funcionales durante PI Planning y actividades de definición de requerimientos.
  • Coordinar de manera continua con equipos de negocio, desarrollo, QA, arquitectura y operaciones.
  • Elaborar historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y documentación funcional.
  • Diseñar y documentar procesos AS-IS y TO-BE.
  • Gestionar requerimientos y realizar seguimiento de iniciativas mediante Jira.
  • Identificar riesgos, impactos y dependencias que puedan afectar cronogramas y entregables.
  • Asegurar el alineamiento funcional entre requerimientos de negocio y soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles y procesos de mejora continua.
  • Generar reportes claros y oportunos para seguimiento de iniciativas.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como Analista de Negocios, Analista Funcional o Analista de Procesos.
  • Experiencia elaborando historias de usuario.
  • Experiencia definiendo criterios de aceptación.
  • Experiencia desarrollando documentación funcional.
  • Experiencia utilizando Jira para gestión y seguimiento de requerimientos.
  • Experiencia conduciendo reuniones de levantamiento de información y refinamientos funcionales.
  • Experiencia interactuando con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.
  • Experiencia diagramando procesos AS-IS y TO-BE.
  • Conocimiento de BPMN.
  • Experiencia utilizando Bizagi.
  • Experiencia utilizando Draw.io.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles Scrum.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías Lean.
  • Conocimiento de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a procesos o negocios.
  • Experiencia utilizando Confluence.
  • Experiencia utilizando Trello.
  • Experiencia participando en proyectos de transformación digital.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar informes funcionales claros y oportunos.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en el sector financiero o bancario.
  • Experiencia en proyectos relacionados con tarjetas o productos financieros.
  • Conocimiento de Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Conocimiento de Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Conocimiento de PowerBuilder.
  • Experiencia utilizando SoapUI.
  • Conocimiento de XML y Web Services.
  • Experiencia participando en PI Planning bajo marcos ágiles escalados.
  • Experiencia en gestión de MVPs y definición de iniciativas digitales.
