En Coforge estamos buscando Semi Senior QA IAM / IGA (#20792-7-4) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Analizar arquitecturas IAM e IGA identificando integraciones, flujos de identidad y puntos críticos de control.
  • Diseñar estrategias de pruebas basadas en riesgos para plataformas de identidad y acceso.
  • Ejecutar pruebas End-to-End del ciclo de vida de identidades (Joiner, Mover y Leaver).
  • Validar procesos de autenticación, autorización y gestión de accesos.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de MFA, Passwordless, SSO y Federation.
  • Validar políticas de Conditional Access y controles de acceso basados en riesgo.
  • Verificar configuraciones RBAC y cumplimiento del principio de mínimo privilegio.
  • Validar procesos de provisioning y deprovisioning de usuarios y accesos.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de integración entre RRHH, IAM/IGA, Active Directory, Entra ID y aplicaciones corporativas.
  • Analizar tokens, claims, scopes, permisos y roles para validar mecanismos de autorización.
  • Validar logs, auditoría y trazabilidad utilizando plataformas SIEM y herramientas de monitoreo.
  • Automatizar escenarios de regresión mediante APIs, scripts y frameworks corporativos.
  • Gestionar evidencias de certificación y documentación asociada a controles de acceso.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Experiencia como QA de Certificación o QA IAM/IGA.
  • Experiencia validando identidades, accesos, autenticación y autorización.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Active Directory.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas híbridas de identidad.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas Joiner, Mover y Leaver (JML).
  • Experiencia validando MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).
  • Experiencia validando Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Experiencia en Federation.
  • Experiencia validando políticas de Conditional Access.
  • Experiencia trabajando con RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
  • Experiencia con OAuth 2.0.
  • Experiencia con OpenID Connect (OIDC).
  • Experiencia con SAML.
  • Experiencia analizando tokens JWT.
  • Experiencia validando procesos de provisioning.
  • Experiencia validando procesos de deprovisioning.
  • Experiencia utilizando Microsoft Graph.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas sobre APIs REST.
  • Experiencia utilizando Postman.
  • Experiencia realizando análisis de logs y auditoría.
  • Experiencia utilizando Azure.
  • Experiencia utilizando Sentinel o herramientas SIEM.
  • Conocimiento de trazabilidad y certificación de controles de acceso.
  • Experiencia automatizando pruebas mediante PowerShell.
  • Experiencia automatizando pruebas mediante Python.
  • Experiencia trabajando con frameworks de automatización.
  • Experiencia integrando pruebas en pipelines CI/CD.
  • Conocimiento de principios Zero Trust.
  • Conocimiento de Least Privilege.
  • Conocimiento de Segregation of Duties (SoD).
