En Coforge estamos buscando Senior Data Governance Controller (#20802-6-1) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Implementar y fortalecer el modelo de Gobierno y Calidad de Datos dentro de la organización.
  • Definir, documentar y dar seguimiento a reglas de calidad de datos.
  • Gestionar iniciativas relacionadas con trazabilidad, linaje, metadata, diccionarios y glosarios de datos.
  • Coordinar con Data Owners, Data Stewards y responsables de información para asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de gobierno.
  • Realizar seguimiento de incidencias de calidad de datos y coordinar planes de acción hasta su cierre.
  • Levantar requerimientos con usuarios de negocio y equipos de tecnología.
  • Validar definiciones funcionales y técnicas relacionadas con la gestión de datos.
  • Participar en diagnósticos AS-IS y definición de roadmaps de mejora en materia de gobierno de datos.
  • Monitorear controles y métricas orientadas a la calidad y confiabilidad de la información.
  • Promover buenas prácticas de gestión y gobierno de datos en toda la organización.
  • Asegurar la correcta implementación operativa de metodologías y lineamientos de gobierno de datos.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Gobierno y Calidad de Datos.
  • Experiencia implementando iniciativas de calidad de datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con reglas de negocio aplicadas a datos.
  • Experiencia en trazabilidad y linaje de datos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de metadata.
  • Experiencia desarrollando y administrando diccionarios y glosarios de datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Data Owners y Data Stewards.
  • Experiencia realizando seguimiento de incidencias, controles y planes de acción relacionados con datos.
  • Experiencia levantando requerimientos con áreas de negocio y tecnología.
  • Capacidad para lograr consensos y alineamiento entre stakeholders.
  • Conocimiento de DAMA-DMBOK.
  • Experiencia en modelos de madurez de Gobierno de Datos.
  • Experiencia realizando diagnósticos AS-IS.
  • Experiencia definiendo roadmaps de mejora.
  • Conocimiento de SQL para validación y análisis de información.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de Data Profiling.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas orientadas a calidad y gobierno de datos.
  • Experiencia implementando prácticas de Gobierno de Datos más allá del ámbito documental.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en entidades financieras o sectores regulados.
  • Experiencia en programas de transformación de datos.
  • Experiencia implementando modelos de Gobierno de Datos corporativos.
  • Certificaciones relacionadas con Data Governance o Data Management.
  • Conocimiento de marcos de calidad y gobierno de datos empresariales.
