En Coforge estamos buscando Senior Product Designer (#20799-11-1) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar productos digitales de principio a fin, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta la implementación de soluciones.
  • Liderar procesos de discovery para identificar problemas, necesidades y oportunidades de negocio.
  • Realizar investigaciones con usuarios, entrevistas y validaciones para la toma de decisiones basada en evidencia.
  • Traducir insights de usuarios y necesidades de negocio en propuestas de valor concretas.
  • Definir y evolucionar experiencias digitales centradas en el usuario.
  • Diseñar y validar conceptos, flujos y prototipos mediante investigación y experimentación.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con Product Managers, Product Owners, equipos de desarrollo y stakeholders de negocio.
  • Facilitar sesiones de trabajo y alineamiento entre equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Definir y monitorear métricas de producto para evaluar el impacto de las soluciones implementadas.
  • Liderar iniciativas de diseño con autonomía, proponiendo mejoras e impulsando la innovación continua.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Product Designer.
  • Experiencia comprobada diseñando productos digitales end-to-end, desde discovery hasta implementación.
  • Experiencia liderando procesos de discovery e identificación de oportunidades de producto.
  • Dominio de investigación con usuarios.
  • Experiencia realizando entrevistas, síntesis de hallazgos y validación de hipótesis.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Product Managers, Product Owners, equipos de desarrollo y stakeholders de negocio.
  • Capacidad para transformar insights de usuarios y negocio en propuestas de valor concretas.
  • Experiencia validando conceptos y prototipos mediante investigación y experimentación.
  • Experiencia definiendo, interpretando y utilizando métricas de producto para la toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad para liderar iniciativas de manera autónoma.
  • Experiencia facilitando sesiones de trabajo con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Excelente capacidad de comunicación e influencia.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en servicios financieros.
