En Coforge estamos buscando un Senior Project Manager (CRM/ERP Implementation) (#20807-5-3) con las siguientes habilidades:

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar la gestión operativa y la gobernanza de un proyecto CRM corporativo, coordinando tres frentes integrados: Salesforce CRM, DMS/ERP de concesionarios y Data Lake corporativo.
  • Elaborar y mantener el cronograma integrado, gestionar presupuesto, riesgos, dependencias, bloqueos y contratos con partners tecnológicos externos.
  • Coordinar equipos internos, proveedores y concesionarios, liderando comités de seguimiento, reportes ejecutivos y actividades de UAT y Go-Live.
  • Gestionar las dependencias entre los tres frentes, coordinar decisiones de Go/No-Go con los responsables funcionales y técnicos, y liderar el War Room durante el Go-Live.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Certificación PMP vigente, PMI-ACP o equivalente.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia gestionando proyectos de implementación de software empresarial.
  • Haber liderado como Project Manager al menos 2 proyectos de CRM o ERP.
  • Experiencia gestionando partners tecnológicos externos, incluyendo change orders, SLAs y escalamientos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles como Scrum o SAFe en proyectos de más de 12 meses.
  • Inglés intermedio o superior (B1+).
  • Conocimiento de Salesforce.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos con múltiples stakeholders externos, como redes de distribución, franquicias o estructuras similares.
  • Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos, cronogramas, riesgos y dependencias de proyectos.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en la industria automotriz, retail de distribución o redes de concesionarios.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital de redes comerciales.
  • Conocimiento de integraciones entre CRM, ERP/DMS y plataformas de Data Lake.
