En Coforge estamos buscando Senior QA Automation Engineer (#20792-7-3) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

• Construir, mantener y evolucionar frameworks de automatización Mobile utilizando Appium 2.x. • Desarrollar y ejecutar automatizaciones para aplicaciones web utilizando Playwright (preferente) o Selenium. • Diseñar e implementar automatizaciones de pruebas para APIs REST utilizando Karate, Postman/Newman y RestAssured. • Integrar pruebas automatizadas en pipelines CI/CD y asegurar su ejecución continua. • Ejecutar pruebas sobre dispositivos Android e iOS, tanto físicos como emuladores. • Diseñar estrategias de automatización escalables y alineadas con las necesidades del negocio. • Implementar mecanismos de reporting automático y generación de evidencias (screenshots, videos y reportes). • Participar en revisiones de código y brindar liderazgo técnico en iniciativas de automatización QA. • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de Desarrollo, DevOps y Arquitectura para asegurar la calidad de las soluciones. • Garantizar la estabilidad, mantenibilidad y eficiencia de los procesos de automatización.

Requisitos indispensables

• Más de 4 años de experiencia en QA Automation o Quality Engineering. • Experiencia comprobada trabajando con aplicaciones digitales de misión crítica. • Más de 3 años de experiencia en automatización de aplicaciones móviles. • Experiencia sólida con Appium 2.x. • Conocimiento y experiencia en Android e iOS. • Manejo de UiAutomator2 y XCUITest. • Experiencia con Android Studio, Xcode y ADB. • Conocimiento de gestión y ejecución de pruebas con archivos APK e IPA. • Experiencia realizando pruebas en dispositivos físicos y emuladores. • Experiencia en automatización web con Playwright o Selenium. • Experiencia en automatización de APIs utilizando Karate, Postman/Newman o RestAssured. • Conocimientos sólidos de REST APIs, JSON y OpenAPI. • Dominio de Java como lenguaje principal de automatización. • Experiencia trabajando en entornos Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experiencia ejecutando automatizaciones o pipelines sobre Google Cloud. • Conocimiento de Git y herramientas de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD). • Experiencia con Jenkins o herramientas equivalentes. • Conocimiento de gestión de credenciales y ejecución automática por despliegue. • Manejo de Jira y Xray para gestión y trazabilidad QA.

Requisitos deseables

• Experiencia aplicando Page Object Model. • Conocimiento en Data Driven Testing. • Experiencia en ejecución paralela de pruebas. • Conocimiento en Retry Management. • Implementación de generación automática de evidencias. • Experiencia con Allure Report o herramientas similares. • Conocimiento de Mocking y Stubs. • Experiencia en reducción y control de Flaky Tests. • Participación en procesos de Code Review. • Experiencia en banca digital, banca móvil o fintech. • Conocimiento de wallets, medios de pago e interoperabilidad. • Experiencia en procesos de transferencias, consultas, pagos y desembolsos. • Conocimiento de autenticación digital y ecosistemas financieros.
