What You’ll Bring
Experience and Qualifications
- You’ll have an associate or bachelor’s degree in sales, customer service, or business.
- You’ll bring 1-3 years’ previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
- You’ll have experience utilizing an ERP or SAP system.
What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative in our Product Development Group, you will serve as a trusted partner to both new and existing customers by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing and managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Voice of the Customer - You will serve as the voice of the customer by managing inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and claims while delivering exceptional service and timely solutions.
- Pricing – You’ll review customer requirements, provide accurate pricing and product availability, and ensure orders are processed and acknowledged promptly.
- Collaborate - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Product Management to meet customer needs and drive on-time delivery.
- Analyze Customer Data – You’ll analyze sales and customer data, resolve issues proactively, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Expand your knowledge - You will continuously expand your product knowledge and contribute to team success through cross-functional projects and operational support.
