Nous recherchons pour notre site d’Abidjan (89), un(e) Technicien(ne) Méthodes (F/H), avec comme missions principales :

  • Analyser les procédés d’extrusion et de câblage afin d’identifier les opportunités d’optimisation technique et organisationnelle ;
  • Définir, formaliser et mettre à jour les gammes de fabrication, modes opératoires, instructions de travail et paramètres process ;
  • Établir et fiabiliser les temps standards, les données techniques et les outils de suivi nécessaires au pilotage de la production ;
  • Accompagner les ateliers dans l’application des standards, l’analyse des écarts et la mise en œuvre des actions d’amélioration ;
  • Participer aux projets d’industrialisation, d’amélioration continue et d’optimisation des performances industrielles ;
  • Veiller au respect des exigences HSE, qualité, process et des standards Groupe applicables à son périmètre.

Profil & Compétences Attendues :

  • Formation Bac+2 / Bac+3 en génie industriel, productique, électromécanique, maintenance industrielle, méthodes ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience de 2 à 5 ans en environnement industriel sur un poste en méthodes, production, industrialisation ou amélioration continue.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement de transformation industrielle, idéalement lié aux procédés continus, constitue un atout.
