Dans son usine de haute technologie de Douvrin (62), qui compte près de 350 salariés, Draka Comteq tisse la fibre optique, par un procédé de fabrication complexe, alliant technologie et chimie.

Pour accompagner ses nouveaux challenges, notre équipe recherche un poste de : TECHNICIEN PROCESS - F/H.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Process Control, vous assurez au quotidien le contrôle des suivis des process de production pour garantir la stabilité des résultats ; réagissez en cas de dérives pour correction.

Vous participez à la recherche des méthodes innovantes pour consolider les procédures, rendre les machines robustes, améliorer les procédés de fabrication et leur suivi.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Exploiter les indicateurs liés aux procédés de fabrication
  • Intervenir en cas de dérive ou de défaillance d’un procédé de fabrication pour le maintenir dans les plages de fonctionnement
  • Prendre en charge les essais ayant pour but l’amélioration d’un procédé en termes de rendement et qualité. Assurer leur généralisation à l’ensemble des équipements et participer à l’élaboration ou à la modification des procédures concernées.
  • Assurer, en collaboration avec la maintenance, le dépannage des équipements (problèmes récurrents ou fonctionnement atypique). Maintenir le parc machine dans un état de fonctionnement optimal.
  • Transférer et généraliser les modifications développées par la R&D
  • Assurer des actions de sensibilisation et la formation des Agents Process Control
  • Guider les agents techniques dans la réalisation de leurs taches techniques, collabore avec la maintenance sur la résolution des problèmes de machine.

Qualifications :

De formation Bac + 2 avec une orientation chimie, mesure physique ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie au sein d’un site industriel en feu continu (24h/24).

Doté(e) bon esprit d’équipe, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre autonomie, rigueur et analyse et force de proposition. Votre réactivité et qualité de contact sont une clé de réussite.
