Die Sedlacek Ingenieure AG aus Heilbronn ist Teil der encoviva Unternehmensgruppe mit über 500 Mitarbeitenden an mehr als 20 Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und Rumänien. Als spezialisiertes Ingenieurbüro für die Planung und Realisierung technischer Gebäudeausrüstung vereint das Unternehmen hohe fachliche Expertise in der Elektrotechnik mit einem interdisziplinären Planungsansatz. Sedlacek begleitet anspruchsvolle Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Heilbronn suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technischen Planer Gebäudeausrüstung Elektrotechnik (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung elektrotechnischer Anlagen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung von den Grundlagen bis zur Entwurfsplanung
  • Durchführung der Berechnungen und Dimensionierungen von Anlagen und Systemen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachbereichen HLSK und MSR und Abstimmung der gewerkeübergreifenden Planung
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnisse sowie Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeunterlagen im Rahmen der Ausführungsplanung
  • Unterstützung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte und Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Bearbeitung des Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Begleitung, gemeinsam mit Projektkollegen, der Bauüberwachung und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Umsetzung auf der Baustelle

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Technische Gebäudeausrüstung z. B. als Techniker, Meister oder Ingenieur (m/w/d)
  • Alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, beispielsweise als Planer TGA, Bauleiter Gebäudetechnik oder Elektroplaner (m/w/d)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Ausschreibung und Vergabe sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit iTWO und der HOAI
  • CAD-Kenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
