Die Sedlacek Ingenieure AG aus Heilbronn ist Teil der encoviva Unternehmensgruppe mit über 500 Mitarbeitenden an mehr als 20 Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und Rumänien. Als spezialisiertes Ingenieurbüro für die Planung und Realisierung technischer Gebäudeausrüstung vereint das Unternehmen hohe fachliche Expertise in der Elektrotechnik mit einem interdisziplinären Planungsansatz. Sedlacek begleitet anspruchsvolle Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.

Zur Unterstützung suchen wir eine engagierte studentische Hilfskraft bzw. einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der Interesse an Projektmanagement, Organisation und technischen Zusammenhängen mitbringt, dabei erhältst du wertvolle Einblicke in die Abläufe komplexer Bau- und Planungsprojekte.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenportalen, einschließlich Download, Prüfung, Strukturierung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Projektdateien
  • Sichtung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Termin- und Projektplänen
  • Unterstützung des Projektteams bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung von projektbezogenen Unterlagen und Dokumentationen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Koordination von Informationen zwischen verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten

Ihr Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project sowie idealerweise Google Workspace
  • Gerne erste Grundkenntnisse im Lesen und Verstehen von CAD-Zeichnungen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Projektmanagement, technischen Projekten und komplexen Zusammenhängen
  • Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse
