Working closely with account leaders, project teams, finance partner, and support teams across the Americas and India, the Regional Operations Manager organizes information, coordinates follow-up, and supports consistent adoption of company processes. The role does not lead the Healthcare region; it enables the Regional Head to make informed decisions and helps ensure agreed actions are carried out.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the financial controller for the Healthcare – Americas portfolio, supporting the Regional Head with oversight of forecasts, actuals, revenue, costs, margin, utilization, and other financial KPIs.
  • Coordinate and review monthly financial inputs, checking that they are complete, accurate, consistent, and submitted on time in the company system.
  • Validate forecasts and financial assumptions with account, delivery, and finance teams; follow up on missing or inconsistent information before submission.
  • Identify and track financial variances, coordinating clear explanations of the root cause, business impact, accountable owner, and corrective action.
  • Prepare organized, concise financial reports and management summaries that give the Regional Head a reliable view of performance, emerging risks, and decisions required.
  • Monitor working days, vacation adjustments, timecards, billing hours, non-staff costs, rebates, and investment items where applicable.
  • Follow up on billing, revenue recognition, purchase orders, contracts at risk, and debtors with the relevant owners.
  • Maintain visibility of developments across client accounts by proactively coordinating updates with account leaders, delivery managers, project teams, and finance partners.
  • Support project support teams across the Americas and India in following company processes and maintaining accurate, timely information in systems.
  • Maintain clear governance records, including action, risk, issue, and dependency logs, and follow up with owners to support timely resolution.
  • Escalate material financial, delivery, commercial, and operational risks to the appropriate teams and stakeholders, keeping the Regional Head informed.
  • Identify recurring gaps in financial inputs or operational processes and coordinate improvements with the relevant teams.
  • Support the preparation of reports for presentation to the Group Head, consolidating financial and operational information from across the Healthcare portfolio and ensuring it is accurate, clear, and ready for review.

Qualifications

  • Experience in PMO, portfolio operations, commercial operations, or financial management in a complex services environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasts, actuals, variances, revenue, cost, and margin.
  • Skilled at coordinating across clients, teams, functions, and locations without direct authority over them.
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and following up proactively with teams.
  • Highly structured and organized, with strong attention to detail and sound judgment about when to escalate.
  • Strong reporting and Excel skills, with experience using enterprise financial and operational systems.
  • Professional English communication skills and the ability to work across Americas and India time zones.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
