  • Editing and fact-checking: Line-edit, copy-edit, and fact-check editorial content to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, grammar, AP style or applicable house style, and journalistic integrity.
  • Podcast production: Produce, record, edit, and support the distribution of podcast episodes, transforming complex industry subjects into compelling audio content.
  • Social media management: Write, edit, and schedule platform-specific posts, engage with followers, strengthen online communities, and monitor competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
  • CMS and digital publishing: Format, upload, categorize, tag, and publish content through the content management system (CMS), ensuring compliance with SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and user experience best practices.
  • Content repurposing and optimization: Adapt print articles and long-form stories into newsletters, podcast show notes, infographics, social media content, and other digital formats. Refresh evergreen content to maintain its accuracy, relevance, and discoverability.
  • Visual content development: Source, select, and create appropriate images and graphics for websites, social channels, and audio promotions using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Editorial planning and workflow coordination: Collaborate with editors and writers to develop content ideas, maintain editorial calendars, coordinate publishing schedules, support print production when applicable, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Newsletter production: Build, format, test, and distribute newsletters, conduct A/B testing, and monitor engagement metrics, including open rates and click-through rates.
  • Analytics and performance reporting: Maintain website traffic dashboards, analyze content performance, identify audience trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and distribution.
  • Technical collaboration: Work with developers and digital teams to implement website updates, resolve publishing issues, and improve the reliability of digital content operations.
  • Continuous improvement: Apply SEO strategies, digital publishing tools, AI technologies, and evolving platform practices to strengthen content quality, audience growth, and editorial efficiency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Professional experience: At least three years of professional editorial, journalism, or reporting experience, with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content for digital audiences.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
