Job Summary

Support the sales team by managing communications, coordinating orders, and ensuring accurate production requirements and scheduling for child safety product projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls to ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams
  • Support the sales team by processing job orders and coordinating order details to facilitate smooth operations
  • Obtain and verify production requirements and updates from customers to align manufacturing with client needs
  • Prepare necessary documents and coordinate job schedules to ensure timely project completion

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum N / O Levels Diploma holder in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates and customers

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Min O Levels or equivalent ,Diploma /degree

Benefits and Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (Alternate Saturdays, 10am to 2pm)
  • Salary $1800-$2200 plus incentives up to $3500
  • Work location: 3 Guillemard road SIngapore 399684
  • Industry: Home Renovation
  • Immediate start
