  • Gaining an understanding of the Federal Crop Insurance Program and the role crop insurance plays in supporting America's agricultural producers.
  • Learning the crop insurance policy lifecycle, including sales, underwriting, acreage reporting, claims administration, and policy servicing.
  • Shadowing Regional team members to observe how underwriting, field claims, quality control, and operations support agents and policyholders.
  • Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives related to regional operations.

  • Collaborating with teams across the organization to understand how various functions work together to deliver exceptional service to agents and insureds.
  • Gaining exposure to technology and digital tools that support underwriting, claims processing, and customer service activities.
  • Building relationships with industry professionals while developing a foundational understanding of the agricultural insurance marketplace.

What Will I Need to Be Successful as an Intern?

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
