Enduro Genetics is a Copenhagen-based synthetic biology company commercializing Enduro Sense™, a genetic platform that increases the productivity of production hosts and cell lines in existing and new recombinant biomanufacturing processes. Enduro Sense™ links production to cellular fitness, so cells increase their production, stay productive over longer runs and at larger scale.

Enduro Sense™ has been deployed and demonstrated for more than 20 bioproducts, from industrial enzymes and food proteins to pharmaceutical peptides and biologics.

The role

You will lead market mapping, prospecting and lead qualification across biopharma, CDMOs and bioindustrial companies. You will identify the decision-makers, start conversations, assess technical and commercial fit, and advance promising opportunities with our client delivery team.

You'll join with the groundwork in place: an established CRM, market databases and sales tools, an active pipeline, and ongoing dialogues with prospective customers.

What you'll do

  • Continued market mapping of applications, target companies and decision-makers to set prospecting priorities.
  • Run outbound prospecting, and handle and prioritize incoming leads.
  • Conduct initial discovery and pitch meetings, establishing customer needs, technical fit and next steps.
  • Represent Enduro at conferences and events, and follow up with relevant contacts.
  • Develop and tailor pitch decks, case studies and other customer-facing materials.
  • Coordinate customer proposals with the client delivery team, including the customer-facing narrative, scope, deliverables and timelines.

What you bring

  • A scientific background in biotechnology, molecular biology, bioprocessing or a related field, ideally at MSc or PhD level.
  • Around 3–5 years of experience in business development, technical sales or another customer-facing role in biotechnology, biomanufacturing, CDMO services, genetics or similar platform technologies.
  • Experience in selling, qualifying opportunities, presenting technical solutions and contributing to sales proposals.
  • Outgoing, sound commercial judgement and a disciplined approach to sales. .
  • Fluent English. Danish is an advantage.

Experience with microbial or CHO production systems, an established industry network or complex deal negotiations is a plus.

You're self-driven, curious about the science behind what you sell, and comfortable introducing a new approach to experienced technical audiences.
