Atuar como referência interna para SAP Business One e para a solução de DW utilizada pela Energ Geradores, conectando as necessidades das áreas aos sistemas e apoiando a melhoria dos processos, a qualidade dos dados e a eficiência das rotinas da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades

- Centralizar, registrar e acompanhar as demandas relacionadas ao SAP Business One e ao DW, mantendo visibilidade sobre prioridades, responsáveis, prazos e andamento.

- Prestar suporte funcional aos usuários, compreendendo dúvidas, erros e dificuldades de utilização e direcionando demandas técnicas aos fornecedores responsáveis.

- Levantar e documentar necessidades das áreas, traduzindo-as em requisitos claros para ajustes, correções e melhorias.

- Analisar os processos atendidos pelos sistemas, identificando oportunidades de padronização, integração e redução de retrabalho.

- Organizar as prioridades das demandas com a coordenação, considerando impacto na operação, urgência e dependências.

- Acompanhar fornecedores e parceiros de tecnologia, esclarecendo requisitos e monitorando entregas e pendências.

- Planejar e executar testes funcionais, registrar evidências e apoiar a homologação das soluções com os usuários.

- Apoiar a identificação e o tratamento de inconsistências em cadastros e dados, em articulação com as áreas responsáveis.

- Documentar procedimentos, regras de negócio e orientações de uso, mantendo uma base de conhecimento atualizada.

- Orientar usuários sobre funcionalidades e procedimentos, apoiando a adoção das melhorias implantadas.

- Apoiar a validação das informações disponibilizadas no DW, verificando sua consistência com as regras de negócio e os sistemas de origem.

- Reportar à coordenação o andamento das demandas, os riscos identificados e os pontos que exigem decisão.

Requisitos

- Experiência prática com SAP Business One, incluindo suporte funcional, entendimento de processos e acompanhamento de melhorias.

- Conhecimento e experiência na solução de DW utilizada pela Energ, cuja plataforma será especificada pela área.

- Capacidade de levantar requisitos, documentar regras de negócio e conduzir testes e validações com usuários.

- Vivência na organização de demandas e no acompanhamento de fornecedores de sistemas.

- Compreensão da relação entre processos, cadastros, dados e informações gerenciais.

- Capacidade de comunicar necessidades de negócio de forma clara aos parceiros técnicos.
