Estamos em busca de um(a) Almoxarife Júnior para atuar nas rotinas operacionais e administrativas do estoque, garantindo a organização dos materiais, a precisão dos controles e a integração entre o estoque físico e o sistema SAP.

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, disciplinada, comprometida com os processos e atenta aos detalhes, com boa comunicação, postura profissional e disposição para lidar com diferentes demandas do dia a dia.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Realizar o recebimento, a conferência, a identificação e a armazenagem de materiais.

• Efetuar a separação de pedidos conforme as solicitações das áreas.

• Controlar o recebimento e a destinação de descartes, itens inservíveis e carcaças de baterias.

• Realizar movimentações e atualizações no SAP, garantindo a correspondência entre o estoque físico e os registros do sistema.

• Participar de inventários, realizar contagens e apoiar a identificação e correção de divergências.

• Manter o estoque organizado, limpo e identificado, seguindo os procedimentos internos.

• Atender às demandas de técnicos e manter contato com as equipes de Programação, Compras, Logística e demais áreas.

• Elaborar e responder e-mails relacionados às rotinas do estoque, utilizando uma comunicação clara e profissional.

• Cumprir os procedimentos estabelecidos, zelando pela organização, pelos prazos e pela correta movimentação dos materiais.

• Apoiar demandas extraordinárias, plantões e inventários, conforme a necessidade da operação.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Ensino médio completo.

• Organização, disciplina e atenção aos detalhes.

• Comprometimento com processos, prazos e controles de estoque.

• Conhecimentos básicos de informática e facilidade para utilizar sistemas.

• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade para redigir e-mails de forma clara e profissional.

• Postura profissional, bom relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência para lidar com diferentes situações e demandas.

• Disponibilidade de horário para plantões, inventários e demandas extraordinárias, inclusive aos finais de semana, quando necessário.

• Perfil com disposição para atuar tanto nas atividades físicas do estoque quanto nos controles sistêmicos e administrativos.

Diferencial

• Conhecimento em Excel.

• Experiência com rotinas de almoxarifado e controle de estoque.

• Conhecimento no sistema SAP.

Informações adicionais

Salário: R$ 2.600,00

Horário: Segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h, e sexta-feira, das 08h às 19h.

Contratação: CLT

Local: Capela do Alto – SP
