Estamos em busca de um Analista de Programação Jr para fazer parte do nosso time e atuar no acompanhamento e organização das atividades operacionais, garantindo que os serviços sejam programados, os materiais estejam disponíveis e os técnicos sejam direcionados de forma eficiente.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Receber e analisar os pedidos de atividades;
  • Realizar a solicitação e o acompanhamento de materiais necessários para execução;
  • Conferir os materiais disponibilizados, garantindo que estejam de acordo com a atividade programada;
  • Realizar o acionamento e direcionamento dos técnicos para execução das atividades;
  • Acompanhar o técnico de ponta a ponta, desde o acionamento até a conclusão da atividade;
  • Acompanhar o processo de descarte e devolução de materiais;
  • Controlar os materiais recebidos e movimentados no estoque;
  • Garantir a atualização dos sistemas e controles internos relacionados às atividades e materiais;
  • Apoiar a organização da programação e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Desejável ensino superior ou técnico em andamento nas áreas de Administração, Logística, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;
  • Perfil organizado, proativo e com senso de prioridade;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Capacidade de acompanhar diferentes demandas simultaneamente;
  • Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas e controles.

Experiência

  • Desejável experiência em rotinas administrativas ou operacionais;
  • Experiência com programação de serviços, acompanhamento de equipes, logística, estoque ou controle de materiais será considerada um diferencial.

Conhecimentos necessários

  • Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;
  • Conhecimentos básicos em controle de materiais e estoque;
  • Noções de programação e acompanhamento de atividades;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão e atualização de controles;
  • Organização e acompanhamento de prazos e demandas.
