Estamos em busca de um Assistente Orçamentista comprometido, organizado e atento aos detalhes, para atuar na elaboração, análise e acompanhamento de orçamentos, apoiando as rotinas da área e contribuindo para a assertividade das propostas comerciais.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Receber e analisar solicitações de orçamento para serviços de manutenção, reparo e substituição de peças em geradores;
  • Levantar e conferir custos de peças, mão de obra e serviços;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais e orçamentos detalhados;
  • Consultar estoque, importações e prazos de entrega de peças;
  • Estimar prazos e horas necessárias para execução dos serviços;
  • Garantir que os orçamentos estejam alinhados às margens de lucro da empresa;
  • Atualizar pedidos e informações nos sistemas CRM/ERP;
  • Realizar contato com clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas e alinhamento dos orçamentos;
  • Interagir com as áreas de Vendas, Compras e Operações para composição dos orçamentos;
  • Acompanhar pedidos de compra e cobranças junto aos clientes;
  • Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios de faturamento;
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento dos pedidos e metas comerciais;
  • Participar de reuniões e interações com clientes, contribuindo para o relacionamento e fidelização.

REQUISITOS

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência com orçamentos, custos, atendimento ao cliente ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Desejável experiência com sistemas ERP/CRM;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e atento aos detalhes.
