Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Limpeza para realizar a limpeza e conservação dos ambientes da empresa, contribuindo para a organização, higiene e bem-estar dos colaboradores e visitantes.

Buscamos uma pessoa responsável, organizada, comprometida e cuidadosa, que tenha disposição para realizar atividades de limpeza e contribuir para a manutenção de um ambiente agradável e seguro.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Realizar a limpeza e conservação de salas, escritórios, banheiros, copas, corredores e demais áreas da empresa;

• Efetuar a varrição, lavagem e higienização de pisos e superfícies;

• Limpar móveis, mesas, cadeiras, portas, janelas e demais itens dos ambientes;

• Higienizar banheiros e repor materiais de higiene, como papel higiênico, papel-toalha e sabonete;

• Recolher e realizar o descarte adequado dos resíduos, conforme os procedimentos internos;

• Manter as áreas comuns, copas e espaços de convivência limpos e organizados;

• Preparar e utilizar corretamente os produtos e materiais de limpeza, seguindo as orientações de segurança;

• Controlar e comunicar a necessidade de reposição de materiais e produtos de limpeza;

• Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e utensílios utilizados nas atividades;

• Identificar e comunicar situações que necessitem de manutenção ou atenção da liderança;

• Cumprir os procedimentos internos de higiene, organização e segurança do trabalho;

• Executar outras atividades relacionadas à limpeza e conservação, conforme orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Ensino Fundamental completo;

• Não é necessária experiência anterior na função;

• Conhecimento básico em limpeza e conservação de ambientes;

• Organização, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes;

• Disposição para realizar atividades operacionais;

• Comprometimento com a higiene, a segurança e a qualidade do trabalho;

• Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Diferencial

• Experiência anterior com limpeza em empresas, escritórios ou ambientes corporativos;

• Conhecimento sobre utilização de produtos e equipamentos de limpeza;

• Vivência com rotinas de conservação e higienização de ambientes.
