Estamos em busca de um(a) Encarregado(a) de Obras para acompanhar e coordenar as atividades de campo, garantindo a execução dos serviços dentro dos padrões de qualidade, segurança, prazo e organização estabelecidos pela Energ.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Coordenar e acompanhar as atividades das equipes em campo;
  • Distribuir tarefas e orientar as equipes conforme o planejamento da obra;
  • Acompanhar a execução dos serviços, garantindo qualidade, prazo e conformidade;
  • Acompanhar instalações, montagens e atividades de infraestrutura;
  • Interpretar projetos, desenhos e documentos técnicos;
  • Controlar materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos utilizados na obra;
  • Acompanhar cronogramas e produtividade das equipes;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos de segurança;
  • Acompanhar serviços realizados por terceiros e prestadores;
  • Elaborar relatórios e comunicar ocorrências, necessidades e resultados à gestão.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência com acompanhamento e coordenação de obras ou operações de campo;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes operacionais;
  • Vivência com instalações, infraestrutura, montagem ou manutenção;
  • Conhecimento em organização e acompanhamento de atividades em campo;
  • Conhecimento em procedimentos de segurança;
  • Conhecimento em controle de materiais e atividades operacionais;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de orientação de equipes.

Será considerado um diferencial:

  • Curso Técnico em Edificações, Elétrica, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas;
  • Certificações NR-10 e NR-35, conforme aplicabilidade das atividades;
  • Experiência em empresas de engenharia, energia, construção ou operações técnicas;
  • Conhecimento em ERP e sistemas de controles operacionais.

  • Leitura e interpretação de projetos e documentos técnicos;
  • Planejamento e acompanhamento de obras;
  • Gestão e orientação de equipes operacionais;
  • Controle de materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos;
  • Normas e procedimentos de segurança;
  • Acompanhamento de cronogramas;
  • Controle operacional;
  • Preenchimento de relatórios e checklists;
  • Comunicação e alinhamento entre equipes.
