Estamos em busca de um Mecânico de Manutenção comprometido, proativo e com vontade de aprender, para apoiar nossa equipe técnica nas atividades de manutenção, montagem e reparos de grupos geradores e equipamentos industriais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Realizar manutenção preventiva, corretiva e emergencial em grupos geradores;
  • Executar inspeções mecânicas e identificar falhas nos equipamentos;
  • Realizar diagnóstico e reparo em motores diesel;
  • Executar desmontagem, montagem e substituição de componentes mecânicos;
  • Realizar manutenção nos sistemas de combustível, lubrificação e arrefecimento;
  • Realizar manutenção em bombas d'água, bombas de combustível, mangueiras, correias, tensionadores e componentes do motor;
  • Executar troca de óleo, filtros e demais componentes de manutenção;
  • Realizar ajustes, regulagens e reapertos conforme especificações técnicas;
  • Verificar níveis, vazamentos, ruídos, vibrações e condições gerais do equipamento;
  • Realizar testes de funcionamento após as intervenções;
  • Auxiliar na identificação da causa de falhas e na definição das ações corretivas;
  • Atuar em atendimentos emergenciais e serviços de campo;
  • Preencher relatórios e registros das atividades realizadas;
  • Zelar pelas ferramentas, instrumentos e equipamentos utilizados;
  • Cumprir procedimentos de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente.

Formação:

  • Ensino médio completo
  • Curso de Mecânica, Mecânica Diesel ou área relacionada;

Requisitos adicionais:

  • Experiência com manutenção mecânica;
  • Conhecimento em motores diesel;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas e instrumentos de manutenção;
  • Conhecimento básico em leitura de manuais técnicos;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e atendimento em campo;
  • CNH categoria B será considerada diferencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com manutenção de grupos geradores;
  • Experiência com motores Volvo, Scania, Cummins, MWM, Perkins, Mitsubishi, Doosan ou similares;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de injeção de combustível;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de arrefecimento e lubrificação;
  • Experiência com motores de médio e grande porte;
  • Curso Técnico em Mecânica ou Mecatrônica;
  • Cursos de NR-10 e NR-35.

Salário: R$ 2.943,71 + 30% = R$ 3.826,82

Horário: Segunda a quinta das 07h às 17h e sexta das 07h às 16h

Contratação: CLT
