Nattreceptionist på heltid sökes till hotell i Ängelholm Energy Staffing & Advisement Sweden AB söker en serviceinriktad nattreceptionist för ett hotelluppdrag i Ängelholm. Nu söker vi en ansvarstagande och serviceinriktad person som vill arbeta natt på ett hotell där gästbemötande, ordning och kvalitet står i fokus. Om tjänsten Som nattreceptionist ansvarar du för att ge hotellets gäster ett tryggt, professionellt och välkomnande bemötande under natten. Rollen innefattar både receptionsarbete och praktiska uppgifter som bidrar till att hotellet är väl förberett inför den kommande dagen. Dina arbetsuppgifter Välkomna och hjälpa gäster samt hantera frågor och önskemål.

Hantera in- och utcheckningar samt enklare administrativa uppgifter.

Utföra lättare städning och hålla receptionens och gemensamma utrymmens ytor rena och välordnade.

Förbereda inför frukosten så att allt är redo inför morgonens service.

Hantera bokningar och uppdatera gästinformation vid behov.

Bidra till en lugn, trygg och trivsam hotellmiljö under natten.

Vi söker dig som Är serviceinriktad, positiv och professionell i mötet med gäster.

Är ansvarstagande och har arbetat natt tidigare.

Är noggrann, initiativtagande och har öga för detaljer.

Trivs med att kombinera reception och administration med praktiska arbetsuppgifter.

Har god kommunikativ förmåga och behärskar svenska och engelska.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet från hotellreception och natt arbete. Har du tidigare arbetat i bokningssystemet VisBook är det ett extra plus.
