Om onze groei en ambities verder te realiseren, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Sales Developer - HVAC & Hernieuwbare Energie om ons te versterken te Kampenhout.

Onze vestiging in Kampenhout is het kloppend hart van onze koeltechnieken. Hier bouwen en onderhouden we koelinstallaties van a tot z en staat een sterk serviceteam klaar voor onderhoud en interventies. Niet voor niets is dit onze Service by EnergyKing-site, waar techniek en klantgerichtheid hand in hand gaan.

Jouw missie: Als Business Sales Developer ben jij het commerciële gezicht van EnergyKing. Je bouwt nieuwe klantenrelaties op, versterkt bestaande samenwerkingen en zet onze HVAC- en energieoplossingen stevig in de markt. Je combineert technische kennis met commerciële flair en schakelt vlot tussen prospectie, calculatie en klantbegeleiding.

Hoofdtaken:

  • Netwerk en prospectie Je bouwt actief aan een duurzaam netwerk binnen bouw, industrie en bedrijven Je doet gerichte prospectie en creëert nieuwe commerciële kansen
  • Technische expertise en behoefteanalyse Je begrijpt HVAC-oplossingen voor commerciële en industriële omgevingen Je analyseert klantbehoeften en stelt de juiste vragen om totaaloplossingen te kunnen aanbieden
  • Oplossingen en calculatie Je vertaalt noden naar haalbare en efficiënte HVAC-conceptenen Je maakt zelf calculaties of werkt samen met de calculator
  • Commerciële overtuiging Je presenteert voorstellen op een professionele en duidelijke manier Je overtuigt klanten van onze kwaliteit, service en langetermijnvisie
  • Overdracht en projectopvolging Je zorgt voor een volledige en correcte overdracht aan projectmanagement Tijdens uitvoering blijf je betrokken bij belangrijke klantmomenten
  • Nazorg en klantrelaties Je onderhoudt contact na oplevering en bouwt duurzame relaties op Je werkt aan een hoge klanttevredenheid en herhaalopdrachten
  • Ervaring met commerciële HVAC-projecten
  • Sterke communicator, professioneel en klantgericht
  • Technisch inzicht en vermogen om complexe oplossingen eenvoudig uit te leggen
  • Commerciële drive, autonomie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Teamgerichte mindset en focus op lange termijn samenwerking
  • Zin voor verbetering en oplossingsgericht denken
