EnergyKing is een ambitieuze scale-up in groene energie. Wij geloven dat hernieuwbare energie onze planeet én uw energiefactuur kan redden. Onze expertise bevindt zich in zonnepanelen, warmtepompen, laadpalen, thuisbatterijen, airco- en ventilatiesystemen.

Het is onze missie om zoveel mogelijk mensen te voorzien van duurzame installaties om energieopwekking en verbruik te optimaliseren, zowel voor Moeder Natuur als voor hun portemonnee.

Voor onze vestiging in Aalst zoeken we een Werfleider HVAC. Je werkt mee aan onze grotere HVAC-projecten: airconditioning, ventilatie, warmtepompen en sanitair.

Jouw missie

Als Werfleider ben je de rechterhand van de projectleider op de grote werven. Je staat dagelijks op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt. Je stuurt de techniekers aan, houdt de planning in het oog en grijpt in waar nodig. De projectleider bewaakt het project in zijn geheel, jij zorgt dat het op de werf klopt.

Hoofdtaken

  • Grote HVAC-werven dagelijks opvolgen en in goede banen leiden
  • De techniekers op de werf aansturen en ondersteunen
  • Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en vooruitgang van de uitvoering
  • Materiaal aankopen en zorgen dat het tijdig op de werf is
  • Prestaties, materiaal en voortgang correct inboeken in ons systeem
  • Nauw samenwerken met de projectleider, de planning en de aankoopdienst
  • Knelpunten vroeg signaleren en mee oplossen
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn op de werf voor klant en onderaannemers
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in HVAC, als technieker, ploegbaas of werfleider
  • Je kent de technieken: airco, ventilatie, warmtepompen en sanitair
  • Je staat graag op de werf en werkt operationeel en oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan een ploeg aansturen en zelfstandig beslissingen nemen
  • Je bent kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbewust
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale systemen voor opvolging en registratie
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed
