This role combines project management and business analysis expertise to ensure business requirements are clearly understood, translated into effective solutions, and delivered successfully within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards. Working across multiple functions and regions, the role partners with stakeholders from IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and external vendors to drive complex change programs that support organizational goals. Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, validated, prioritized, and traceable from business objectives through solution delivery and benefits realization.
  • Deliver end‑to‑end business transformation projects, from initiation through implementation and handover to operations, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Plan and govern project delivery, including development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, resource models, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change, proactively identifying delivery impacts and implementing mitigation actions to protect outcomes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to translate business needs into pragmatic, scalable, and Standardised solutions.
  • Oversee as-is and to-be process design, identifying opportunities for simplification, optimization, automation, and global standardization.
  • Manage third‑party vendors and system integrators, ensuring contractual commitments, delivery quality, and value for money are achieved.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, including architecture, security, data, integration, and regulatory or compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate testing and business readiness, including UAT, cutover planning, data readiness, and stakeholder preparation for go‑live and adoption.
  • Provide transparent governance and reporting, delivering clear, executive‑level updates on progress, risks, financials, and realized business value, while contributing to continuous improvement of delivery and business analysis practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Project Management Certification: PMP or equivalent
  • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end enterprise business systems projects in a complex, multi‑stakeholder, global environment
  • Demonstrated experience combining project delivery and business analysis, including requirements definition and solution validation
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and working with senior business and IT stakeholders
  • Track record of managing system integrators and third‑party vendors, including delivery assurance
  • Experience delivering change involving process redesign, system implementation, testing, and go‑live readiness

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
