Die ENERVIE Gruppe beliefert vor allem im südlichen Nordrhein-Westfalen rund 400.000 Kunden mit Strom, Gas, Wärme und Trinkwasser. Zu ihnen zählen Haushalte, Industrie- und Gewerbebetriebe sowie Stadtwerke und Kommunen.

Deine Ausbildungsinhalte

  • Während Deiner 3- oder 2,5-jährigen Ausbildung (Verkürzung möglich) liegt der Schwerpunkt in den kaufmännischen Bereichen unserer Netze. Ergänzend lernst Du auch weitere Unternehmensbereiche wie Einkauf, Personalwesen, Vertrieb oder Rechnungswesen kennen und erhältst so einen umfassenden Einblick in die Abläufe eines Energieversorgers
  • Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten über Bezugskonditionen, die Kontrolle eingehender Lieferungen sowie die Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen mit neuen Bewerbern - Langeweile kommt hierbei nicht auf!
  • Du bearbeitest Aufträge, erstellst Auswertungen und unterstützt bei der Planung und Organisation betrieblicher Abläufe
  • Egal ob mit Kunden, Kollegen oder Vorgesetzten – Kommunikation ist ein essenzieller Bestandteil Deiner täglichen Arbeit
  • An zwei Tagen der Woche werden Dir in der Berufsschule theoretische Inhalte vermittelt, die Du direkt im Unternehmen umsetzen kannst

Das bringst Du mit

  • guter Schulabschluss - für eine Verkürzung auf 2,5-Jahre ist mind. eine gute Fachhochschulreife notwendig
  • Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und kaufmännischen Prozessen
  • Spaß an organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick
