1. Monitorowanie realizacji i przestrzegania Programu Zgodności (niedyskryminowanego traktowania użytkowników systemu dystrybucyjnego elektroenergetycznego), w tym identyfikowanie ryzyka naruszeń i inicjowanie działań zapobiegawczych. 2. Nadzór nad ochroną informacji wrażliwych handlowo oraz weryfikacja prawidłowego rozdzielenia OSD od podmiotów powiązanych, w szczególności w zakresie organizacyjnym, komunikacyjnym, lokalizacyjnym i informatycznym. 3. Weryfikacja regulacji i procedur wewnętrznych pod kątem zgodności z Programem Zgodności, w tym uzgadnianie odstępstw od regulacji grupowych. 4. Aktualizacja i interpretacja Programu Zgodności oraz opracowywanie projektów jego zmian i zmian procedur wewnętrznych. 5. Przeprowadzanie kontroli i przeglądów procesów, w tym kontroli niezapowiedzianych, oraz monitorowanie realizacji zaleceń pokontrolnych. 6. Informowanie Zarządu o realizacji Programu Zgodności, w szczególności o stwierdzonych naruszeniach, ryzykach i działaniach naprawczych. 7. Sporządzanie raportów i rocznego sprawozdania z realizacji Programu Zgodności, przekazywanie go Prezesowi URE oraz zapewnienie jego publikacji na stronie internetowej OSD. 8. Organizowanie i prowadzenie szkoleń dotyczących Programu Zgodności, zasad niedyskryminacji i ochrony informacji dla pracowników oraz kadry zarządzającej. 9. Przyjmowanie i rozpatrywanie zgłoszeń dotyczących naruszeń, współpraca z Prezesem URE oraz udzielanie informacji i wyjaśnień dotyczących realizacji Programu Zgodności.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Specjalista do spraw prawnych i zgodności w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa (Cyber legal, policy & compliance officer) Wymagane: wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane prawnicze lub związane z organizacją przedsiębiorstw lub techniczne w specjalności związanej z energią elektryczną), umiejętność analizy procesów, ryzyk i dokumentacji. Atutem będzie znajomość regulacji unijnych (dyrektywa 2019/944) i wytycznych Prezesa URE w tym zakresie. Mile widziane doświadczenie w sektorze energetycznym lub w obszarze compliance, audytu albo kontroli wewnętrznej. tutem będzie, dobra znajomość Prawa energetycznego, wiedza na temat funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa w strukturze grupy zintegrowanej pionowo, unbundlingu. Niekaralność i nieposzlakowana opinia. Brak powiązań, stanowisk i interesów w podmiotach prowadzących działalność w zakresie wytwarzania lub obrotu energią. Spełnienie wymogów niezależności wynikających z Programu Zgodności i przepisów.
