PROJEKTNI SODELAVEC, poskusno delo 3 mesece, Določen čas oz. Za čas trajanja projekta - do konca marca 2029, Polni delovni čas, 40, Podpora pri izvajanju projekta- Podpora vodji projekta pri načrtovanju, organizaciji in izvajanju dejavnosti (delavnice, usposabljanja, terenski obiski, delovni sestanki).- Logistična in administrativna priprava dogodkov (potovanja, lokacije, tolmačenje in prevajanje, seznami udeležencev) ter nabava blaga in storitev v skladu s postopki DCAF.- Priprava gradiv, dnevnih redov, predstavitev, zapisnikov in povzetkov sestankov.- Podpora pri zbiranju dokazov in diagnostičnem delu projekta, vključno z urejanjem in osnovno analizo informacij s terena.Koordinacija in komunikacija- Redni stiki s kontaktnimi osebami v partnerskih institucijah, z zunanjimi strokovnjaki in ponudniki storitev.- Podpora pri organizaciji sodelovanja predstavnikov držav članic EU.Finančno in administrativno vodenje- Spremljanje izdatkov glede na odobreni proračun v sodelovanju z vodjo projekta in finančno službo DCAF.- Priprava, preverjanje in arhiviranje finančne dokumentacije, pogodb, računov in dokazil v skladu z zahtevami donatorja in DCAF.- Skrb za popolno, točno in za revizijo pripravljeno projektno dokumentacijo.Spremljanje, poročanje in prepoznavnost- Zbiranje podatkov za spremljanje projektnih kazalnikov, vključno s podatki po spolu in starosti, ter dokumentiranje pridobljenih spoznanj.- Sodelovanje pri pripravi vsebinskih in finančnih poročil za donatorja in vodstvo DCAF.- Podpora aktivnostim za prepoznavnost projekta in komunikacijo skladno z zahtevami donatorja, ,
