Get paid while you level up your BIM career working on real projects.

This is not your typical job. You’ll start working with us under a vendor-based engagement model, gaining real project experience from day one. If you perform well, you’ll have a clear path to transition into a full-time staff position at ENG.

What you’ll do: Work on real MEP BIM projects (no training-only tasks), support modeling and coordination using Revit & Navisworks, and collaborate with experienced BIM professionals on US-based projects.

Requirements:

  • Have experience in Sheet Metal / HVAC ductwork modeling
  • Work confidently with Revit + FAB Parts (mandatory)
  • Understand LOD 350 modeling workflows
  • Have experience modeling, coordinating, and producing sheets
  • Are comfortable working in collaborative BIM environments
  • Are a team player (this role is 100% collaborative)
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Immediate and Full-time availability
  • Own laptop required
