  • Experience disseminating key information to project teams and keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Experience reviewing bulletins and RFIs, obtaining submittals, generating RFIs, and maintaining an engineering issues log.
  • Ability to understand the top upcoming client activities across field, prefab, and general contractor scopes, and align the full team to support those priorities.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to provide a brief and clear status update on the job.
  • Experience coordinating electrical scope across field installation, prefab workflows, shop priorities, and project milestones is strongly preferred.

Software & Tools

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar production scheduling tools is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction coordination, issue tracking, and document control workflows is highly valued.

Education

  • Equivalent practical experience may be considered if supported by strong project leadership and technical coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering execution and act as the senior technical reference for the project.
  • Lead electrical project execution and coordination across engineering, BIM/VDC, field, prefab, and shop workflows.
  • Create coordination and communication structures that support team alignment and project visibility.
  • Align the project team with the CPM schedule, including priorities tied to prefab, field, shops, and coordination.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
