ロール

このポジションは、Microsoftテクノロジのバックグラウンドを持ち、SharePointとMicrosoft 365の最新バージョンにフォーカスをして、Power Platform、Azureなどの技術もある程度触れている経験豊富なデジタルワークプレイスコンサルタントを対象としています。

クライアント向けのコンサルティング機能と実践的なソリューション提供を組み合わせることで、コンサルタントは顧客、ソフトウェア開発チーム、ユーザーエクスペリエンスデザイナーと連携して、ソリューションが美しく設計され、効果的に提供されるようにします。

要件

業務内容:

  • 対面およびデジタルワークショップのファシリテート
  • 信頼できるアドバイザーとしてクライアントと緊密に連携し、分析を行い、ワークショップを通じて、クライアントの問題を理解し、改善案を作成
  • ソリューションの概念レベル設計
  • Microsoft365（主にSharePointとTeams）上のビジネスソリューションの詳細なソリューションおよび技術設計および実装
  • 軽度なプロジェクト管理と予算管理
  • 技術文書とユーザー文書の作成、および運用チームへの引き渡し
  • 内部クライアントと外部クライアントの両方に技術・ユーザトレーニングを提供する

必要なスキルと経験:

  • 社内のコミュニケーションができるレベルの英語、ネイティブレベルの日本語（クライアントとの仕事はすべて日本語で行われます）
  • Microsoftプラットフォーム、特にSharePoint、Microsoft Teams、およびより広範なMicrosoft365プラットフォームでの豊富な経験
  • SharePointプラットフォームでのアプリケーションの設計と導入の経験
  • クライアントデリバリー戦略とロードマップの開発経験
  • 対面またはデジタルワークショップの提供経験
  • さまざまな関わり具合のステークホルダーを管理する能力と、幹部やプロジェクトチームを管理する能力
