Conta com cinco décadas de atuação, a Engeform consolidou a ideia de que o desenvolvimento das pessoas, a cultura corporativa e a busca contínua do aprimoramento da gestão são os fatores que realmente fazem a diferença.Estamos com uma oportunidade para a unidade de Engenharia para atuar como Engenheiro(a) Especialista em Inovação.Sobre a posição:Este(a) colaborador(a) terá um papel fundamental na aplicação de tecnologias emergentes, especialmente inteligência artificial, para solucionar desafios e otimizar processos nos negócios de engenharia e demais áreas estratégicas da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades:Identificar, desenvolver e implementar soluções inovadoras baseadas em tecnologia e inteligência artificial para suportar os negócios da empresa.Estruturar e conduzir ações de cultura de inovação e engajamento dos colaboradores.Gerir o portfólio de projetos internos de inovação, com governança de etapas, priorização e business cases.Trabalhar em projetos relacionados a engenharia civil e processos de melhoria.Conduzir análises de viabilidade técnica e de impacto organizacional para novos sistemas e melhoria contínua. Monitorar tendências de tecnologia e inovação, propondo soluções para garantir a competitividade no mercado.

Articular parcerias com instituições de pesquisa, startups e fornecedores de tecnologia para explorar oportunidades de inovação e mecanismos de fomento. Oferecer suporte e treinamento interno sobre metodologias de inovação e desenvolvimento de projetos. Acompanhar e reportar indicadores de resultado da área de inovação a liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou especialização em inovação, gestão de tecnologia, gestão de projetos ou MBAConhecimento sobre tecnologias aplicadas à engenharia e construção (BIM, IoT, automação, construção industrializada, digitalização de obras, dados e IA).Experiência com metodologias ágeis, design thinking, portfólio de inovação e práticas de inovação aberta.Certificações relacionadas a IA ou Gestão de Projetos (ex.: PMP, Scrum Master, TensorFlow Developer).
