- O OPERADOR DE GUINDASTE DEVERÁ MANTER COMUNICAÇÃO VIA RÁDIO, SENDO CAPAZ DE SEGUIR ORIENTAÇÕES E INFORMAR CONDIÇÕES OPERACIONAIS DURANTE OPERAÇÃO DE MOVIMENTAÇÃO DE CARGA COM EMBARCAÇÕES OU SOBRE O CONVÉS DA UNIDADE;

- O OPERADOR DE GUINDASTE DEVERÁ COMUNICAR IMEDIATAMENTE À FISCALIZAÇÃO PETROBRAS QUAISQUER IRREGULARIDADES VERIFICADAS NO FUNCIONAMENTO DOS GUINDASTES E DEVERÁ REALIZAR A PRIMEIRA INVESTIGAÇÃO SOBRE AS CAUSAS QUE PODEM ESTAR IMPACTANDO NO FUNCIONAMENTO DESTE;

- O OPERADOR DE GUINDASTE DEVERÁ CONHECER TODAS AS FUNCIONALIDADES DOS RESPECTIVOS GUINDASTES DAS PLATAFORMAS, DE FORMA QUE SEJAM UTILIZADAS TODAS AS FAIXAS DE TRABALHO, COM RELAÇÃO ÀS VARIAÇÕES NA COMPOSIÇÃO DA LANÇA E QUANTIDADE DE CABOS PASSANTES NO MOITÃO, EXECUTANDO TAL OPERAÇÃO TODA VEZ QUE A CARGA A SER MOVIMENTADA EXIGIR A UTILIZAÇÃO DO GUINDASTE EM NOVA FAIXA, BEM COMO AS CORREÇÕES DEVIDAS AO ESTADO CLIMÁTICO, COMO VENTO, ALTURA DE ONDA, DENTRE OUTROS;

- O OPERADOR DE GUINDASTE SERÁ O RESPONSÁVEL POR CONDUZIR A APLICAÇÃO DE CHECK LIST DIÁRIO ANTES DO INÍCIO DA OPERAÇÃO DE CADA EQUIPAMENTO ALÉM DE EXECUTAR ROTINAS DE MANUTENÇÃO DE PRIMEIRO ESCALÃO, CONFORME RECOMENDAÇÃO DA FISCALIZAÇÃO PETROBRAS;

- O OPERADOR DE GUINDASTE TEM A OBRIGAÇÃO DE SUGERIR MELHORIAS NO PLANO DE MANUTENÇÃO DO EQUIPAMENTO, CASO IDENTIFIQUE ALGUMA OPORTUNIDADE;

- A EQUIPE DE MOVIMENTAÇÃO DE CARGAS E O OPERADOR DE GUINDASTE DEVERÃO OPERAR OS EQUIPAMENTOS E DISPOSITIVOS AUXILIARES DE MOVIMENTAÇÃO E IÇAMENTO DE CARGAS (GUINDASTES, GUINCHOS, TALHAS, MONOVIAS, TROLLEYS, PALETEIRAS, DENTRE OUTROS);

- A EQUIPE DE MOVIMENTAÇÃO DE CARGAS DEVERÁ REALIZAR MANUTENÇÕES DETECTIVAS E DE PRIMEIRO ESCALÃO NOS EQUIPAMENTOS E DISPOSITIVOS AUXILIARES DE MOVIMENTAÇÃO E IÇAMENTO DE CARGAS (GUINDASTES, GUINCHOS, TALHAS, MONOVIAS, TROLLEYS, PALETEIRAS, DENTRE OUTROS) CONFORME RECOMENDAÇÃO DA FISCALIZAÇÃO;

- A EQUIPE DE MOVIMENTAÇÃO DE CARGAS PODERÁ REALIZAR A MOVIMENTAÇÃO MANUAL DE PEQUENAS CARGAS SEM O AUXÍLIO DE EQUIPAMENTOS, QUANDO O PESO FOR LIMITADO A 20 KG. A MOVIMENTAÇÃO DE MATERIAL EM ESCADAS DEVE SER LIMITADA AO PESO MÁXIMO DE 14 KG E DESDE QUE O MESMO POSSA SER TRANSPORTADO COM APENAS UMA DAS MÃOS. CASOS ESPECÍFICOS DEVERÃO SER ANALISADOS EM CONJUNTO COM A FISCALIZAÇÃO PETROBRAS, VISANDO SEMPRE A SEGURANÇA NA EXECUÇÃO DAS ATIVIDADES;

- A CONTRATADA DEVERÁ ENTREGAR À FISCALIZAÇÃO UM RELATÓRIO SEMESTRAL APONTANDO O ESTADO DE TODOS OS EQUIPAMENTOS E ACESSÓRIOS DE CARGAS QUE FAZEM PARTE DO ESCOPO DESTE CONTRATO;

- SÃO CONSIDERADAS ATIVIDADES DE PRIMEIRO ESCALÃO, MAS NÃO LIMITADAS A ESTAS: LIMPAR E PRESERVAR EQUIPAMENTOS, VERIFICAR E COMPLETAR NÍVEL DE ÓLEO COMBUSTÍVEL E LUBRIFICANTE, VERIFICAR EXISTÊNCIA DE VAZAMENTOS, LUBRIFICAR, PURGAR DE RESERVATÓRIO DE AR, LER PARÂMETROS OPERACIONAIS (TEMPERATURA, PRESSÃO, DENTRE OUTRAS);
