A Engemar Engenharia está em busca de um(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal para integrar a equipe de Gente & Gestão, em São Paulo.

Buscamos um profissional organizado, proativo, analítico e comprometido, com experiência nas rotinas de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal, autonomia para conduzir processos e capacidade de atender às demandas de diferentes contratos e operações.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção;
  • Realizar processos admissionais, integrações e acompanhar desligamentos;
  • Executar rotinas de Departamento Pessoal e conferir informações para a folha de pagamento;
  • Acompanhar o controle de ponto eletrônico, banco de horas e horas extras;
  • Administrar benefícios e prestar atendimento aos colaboradores;
  • Controlar documentos, contratos e prazos trabalhistas;
  • Apoiar gestores e equipes operacionais nas demandas de RH e DP;
  • Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores da área;
  • Garantir a organização documental e o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal;
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista, eSocial, CTPS Digital e controle de ponto eletrônico;
  • Conhecimento em Excel intermediário ou avançado e Pacote Office;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens, conforme necessidade da empresa.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento no sistema Sólides;
  • Experiência com contratação de profissionais intermitentes;
  • Vivência nos segmentos de engenharia, manutenção predial ou construção civil.
