Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Suporte JR com perfil proativo, excelente comunicação e postura colaborativa para atuar na linha de frente do atendimento aos usuários. Você será responsável por garantir o pleno funcionamento do ambiente tecnológico, prestando suporte presencial e remoto, além de apoiar eventos corporativos e salas de reunião de forma assertiva. Se você tem paixão por tecnologia, facilidade para diagnosticar incidentes e quer entregar um suporte técnico de excelência, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Atendimento N1/N2: Fornecer suporte técnico presencial e remoto aos usuários finais, garantindo a rápida resolução de incidentes envolvendo hardware, software e conectividade.🔹 Sistemas e Configurações: Instalar, configurar e atualizar Sistemas Operacionais, aplicativos e drivers em computadores e dispositivos periféricos.🔹 Manutenção e Hardware: Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas físicos (troubleshooting de discos rígidos, memória RAM defeituosa e conectividade), realizando a manutenção de desktops e notebooks.🔹 Eventos e Salas de Reunião: Prestar suporte técnico corporativo estratégico em salas de reunião e eventos, configurando e solucionando falhas em equipamentos de áudio, vídeo e projeção.🔹 Governança de Chamados: Registrar, documentar e manter o acompanhamento rigoroso de todos os atendimentos utilizando a ferramenta de gestão (ITSM).🔹 Acessos e Dispositivos: Apoiar a gestão básica de acessos (criação e desbloqueio de usuários no Active Directory) e realizar a configuração de dispositivos móveis.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Vivência prática em suporte técnico presencial e remoto (N1/N2) a usuários finais.✅ Domínio em manutenção, diagnóstico e configuração de hardware (desktops, notebooks e periféricos).✅ Experiência na instalação e configuração de Sistemas Operacionais Windows 10 e 11.✅ Conhecimento prático na configuração de impressoras locais, de rede e térmicas (etiquetas).✅ Noções fundamentais de redes de computadores (protocolos TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP e testes de conectividade).✅ Prática sólida no suporte ao ecossistema Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).✅ Experiência no atendimento e registro de tickets em ferramentas de ITSM.✅ Conhecimento em administração básica no Active Directory (criação e suporte a usuários).✅ Familiaridade com a configuração básica de dispositivos móveis e noções essenciais de Segurança da Informação.DIFERENCIAL:✅ Vivência prévia com suporte dedicado a salas de reunião, equipamentos audiovisuais ou eventos corporativos.✅ Conhecimento nas boas práticas de governança ITIL.Informações adicionais 🦷 CONVÊNIO ODONTOLÓGICO: Opcional, Plano Amil, com desconto em folha conforme o plano selecionado.
