Buscamos um(a) Ticket Manager JR com perfil altamente analítico, organizado e com excelente comunicação para atuar como a "torre de controle" da nossa operação. Você será o elo estratégico central entre as equipes técnicas, fornecedores, coordenação e clientes, garantindo a gestão impecável das filas de atendimento. Se você tem senso de urgência, resiliência para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e bagagem técnica para realizar triagens e acessos remotos, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuições 🔹 Governança de Filas e SLAs: Monitorar ativamente a fila de chamados, analisando status, prioridades e garantindo o cumprimento rigoroso dos SLAs de atendimento e resolução.🔹 Triagem e Acesso Remoto: Realizar o acesso remoto aos equipamentos para diagnósticos iniciais, direcionando, realocando ou escalando tickets para técnicos de campo ou fornecedores de forma precisa.🔹 Comunicação e Sinergia: Atuar como o ponto central de contato da operação, mantendo o cliente e a coordenação informados sobre atualizações críticas (previsão de chegada, pendências e mudanças de status).🔹 Apoio ao Field Service: Enviar instruções operacionais, roteiros, checklists e orientações técnicas para as equipes de campo, controlando os processos logísticos (agendamento, deslocamento e check-in/out).🔹 Qualidade e Encerramento: Analisar laudos, diagnósticos e registrar todas as evidências enviadas (fotos e materiais utilizados), verificando a consistência técnica das informações antes de autorizar o encerramento definitivo do chamado.

Requisitos e qualificações✅ Formação técnica ou graduação (concluída ou em andamento) na área de Tecnologia da Informação.✅ Vivência prática em suporte técnico de TI (necessário conhecimento base para realizar acessos remotos e triagem técnica de falhas).✅ Experiência consolidada no uso de ferramentas de ITSM e gestão de chamados (ServiceNow, Jira, GLPI, OTRS, Remedy ou similares).✅ Conhecimentos estruturados nas boas práticas ITIL (gestão de incidentes, requisições e controle de SLAs).✅ Noções fundamentais de infraestrutura de TI (hardware, redes, periféricos e Sistemas Operacionais).✅ Familiaridade com processos de Field Service e indicadores operacionais (backlog e produtividade).✅ Capacidade analítica para leitura de laudos e validação de diagnósticos técnicos.✅ Domínio do Pacote Office (com Excel em nível intermediário).Informações adicionais 🏷️ ESCALA: 12x36, em regime 100% presencial.🕑 HORÁRIO: 10h00 às 22h00.BENEFÍCIOS:🍽️ VALE-REFEIÇÃO: R$ 32,00 por dia trabalhado, através do Cartão Flash Benefícios.🚌 VALE-TRANSPORTE:Opcional, com desconto em folha de pagamento de 6% sobre o salário-base do colaborador.🏨 CONVÊNIO MÉDICO: Plano Amil, 100% custeado para o colaborador.
