Escolaridade:

  • Graduação em Publicidade, Marketing e afins.

Requisitos:

  • Domínio de ferramentas de design, como Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Técnicas de design e direção de arte (Preferencialmente para órgãos públicos).
  • Habilidade em concepção criativa e visão estratégica.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com processos e serviços de agência de publicidade.
  • Residir em Porto Alegre e região metropolitana.

Você será responsável por:

  • Criar e desdobrar a concepção visual de campanhas publicitárias, materiais gráficos e conteúdos digitais.
  • Garantir que os projetos estejam alinhados à identidade visual da marca e aos objetivos de comunicação
  • Traduzir visualmente as estratégias e mensagens solicitadas pelo cliente e desenvolvidas junto à equipe.
  • Participar de brainstorms e reuniões de briefing para entender as necessidades dos clientes e as diretrizes estratégicas das campanhas.
  • Contribuir com ideias inovadoras e soluções criativas para alcançar os objetivos de comunicação dos projetos.
  • Pesquisar tendências e referências visuais para inspirar novas ideias e manter a inovação nos projetos.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com redatores para alinhar texto e imagem de forma harmoniosa e impactante.
  • Participar das agendas de kickoff e checkpoint.
  • Organizar demandas de trabalho de forma eficiente, respeitando os prazos e garantindo a entrega de materiais no tempo previsto.
  • Lidar com múltiplos projetos simultaneamente, mantendo a qualidade e a criatividade.
  • Seguir os processos estabelecidos da agência.
  • Assegurar que os princípios e valores da agência sejam aplicados no dia a dia, construindo a cultura organizacional desejada.
