The posting

Je bent de rechterhand van de Construction Manager en assisteert hem bij de werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Je bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de logistiek en veiligheid op onze werven en speelt een actieve rol in de coördinatie en supervisie van onze vakmensen. De veeleisende aard van onze projecten vereist dat je complexe technische aspecten beheert. Je bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor onze bouwteams en onze klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met de engineeringteams en bent betrokken bij alle fasen van de projecten.

Concreet betekent dit:

• Organisatie van logistiek op de werf (toegang, liften en containers, aanvragen van badges/brandvergunningen/toestemmingen, beheer van onze werflokalen, etc.) • Toezicht op de veiligheid, in overeenstemming met de vereisten van onze VCA**-certificering. • Voorbereiding van bestellingen en beheer van afrekeningen, samen met de Construction Managers • Dagelijkse controle van onze arbeiders en onderaannemers op de werf • Regelmatige inspecties van de kwaliteit van het werk • Aankoop van gereedschap & apparatuur • Proactieve identificatie en oplossing van technische uitdagingen • Opstellen en opvolging van uitvoeringsplanningen met de Construction Managers • Deelname aan verbeteringsprojecten binnen het bedrijf

Uw profiel:

• Bachelordiploma in de bouw of gelijkwaardig, idealiter met 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (werfopvolging, fit-out of technieken) • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, met het vermogen om je aan te passen aan verschillende stijlen van gesprekspartners. • U bereikt uw doelen op een diplomatische manier, hierbij bouwt u duurzame relaties op met uw bouwteams, klanten en collega’s • Gevorderde kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is een sterke troef (vlot schakelen tussen de talen in een professionele context) • Een hoge mate van vertrouwdheid met technische disciplines (HVAC, elektriciteit/data, DI, sprinklersystemen), en/of de wens om je op dit gebied te ontwikkelen. • Dynamisch, proactief, pragmatisch en positief, je stimuleert de realisatie van projecten. • Hoge standaarden voor jezelf en anderen, met een echt gevoel voor initiatief.
