Jouw rol als Project Manager Automation Als Project Manager Automation stuur je automatisatieprojecten aan binnen een chemische productieomgeving waar actieve farmaceutische ingrediënten worden ontwikkeld en geproduceerd. Je focust op de optimalisatie en upgrade van bestaande installaties en automatisatiesystemen en zorgt daarbij voor een goede afstemming tussen technische oplossingen en de noden van productie, QA en engineering. Je volgt projecten op van scopebepaling tot implementatie en overdracht. In deze functie combineer je kennis van automatisatie met end-to-end projectverantwoordelijkheid en werk je samen met verschillende betrokken partijen om productieprocessen betrouwbaar en efficiënt te houden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Automatisatieprojecten leiden van scope en planning tot implementatie
  • Budget, timing, documentatie en projectrapportering opvolgen
  • Werken met PLC, SCADA en DCS binnen een GMP-omgeving
  • Optimalisaties aan bestaande productieprocessen detecteren en uitwerken
  • Stakeholders binnen QA, productie, engineering en E&I coördineren
  • Kwaliteit en compliance bewaken tijdens de uitvoering van projecten
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte overdracht naar operations en technische teams

📝 Jouw profiel

Soft skills Je brengt structuur in complexe projecten, communiceert vlot met uiteenlopende stakeholders en neemt verantwoordelijkheid om projecten tot een goed einde te brengen.

Hard skills

  • Master in Elektromechanica, Automatisering of Industriële Wetenschappen
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een technische projectomgeving
  • Ervaring binnen procesindustrie of pharma is sterk gewenst
  • Kennis van PLC-, SCADA- en DCS-platformen
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands
