📋 Tâches et responsabilités

Vous rejoignez une équipe en charge du programme de dématérialisation des permis d’urbanisme, d’environnement et uniques. Cette équipe réunit notamment un chef de programme, des analystes, des testeurs, un responsable du changement, de la communication et de la formation, ainsi que plusieurs chefs de projet affectés à des missions spécifiques.

Dans ce cadre, vous intervenez en appui au chef de programme pour lancer, structurer et suivre des projets techniques liés à la dématérialisation des permis. Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes métier et les différentes parties prenantes du programme.

📌 Mission :

En tant que Chef de projet, vous pilotez plusieurs projets en parallèle, depuis la phase de pré-étude jusqu’au transfert vers la production opérationnelle.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Réaliser ou superviser une pré-analyse, avec estimation du périmètre, des technologies, des ressources et du budget.
  • Identifier les prestataires, interlocuteurs et experts nécessaires au projet.
  • Définir la charte projet, l’organisation de travail et le cadre de gouvernance.
  • Prendre en charge le kick-off interne et le kick-off avec le client afin de bien cerner les besoins et l’environnement du projet.
  • Définir les tâches et les livrables, tant techniques que documentaires.
  • Élaborer le planning des projets dans une logique agile, avec des itérations courtes orientées valeur.
  • Mettre en place l’équipe projet et en assurer la coordination au quotidien.
  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour les interlocuteurs métier.
  • Assurer le suivi du planning, du budget, du scope, des risques et des changements.
  • Coordonner et superviser les phases de réalisation, de tests, de formation et de mise en production.
  • Suivre la réception provisoire et définitive, jusqu’au passage en maintenance.
  • Clôturer les projets et fournir un reporting ad hoc aux différents niveaux concernés.
  • Contribuer activement dans les phases critiques du programme lorsque la charge ou les délais l’exigent.
  • Partager vos connaissances et vos bonnes pratiques avec les autres membres de l’équipe.

📝 Votre profil

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de type T3 - Senior Business Project Manager.

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet IT.
  • Bonne capacité à gérer des ressources et à coordonner plusieurs intervenants.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet.
  • Capacité à partager vos connaissances en gestion de projet.
  • Aptitude à vulgariser des aspects techniques auprès d’interlocuteurs non techniques.
  • Solides compétences en négociation.
  • Connaissance des back-offices Gesper, Twice, Notice, Imio et Civadis.
  • La certification Scrum Master constitue un atout.
  • Excellente communication orale et écrite.
  • Résistance au stress.
  • Ouverture au changement dans le périmètre des projets.
  • Maîtrise du français.
