Voor de verdere uitbouw en professionalisering van een modern, cloudgebaseerd dataplatform zoeken we een ervaren data engineer die schaalbare en betrouwbare data-oplossingen ontwerpt, realiseert en beheert.

In deze rol werk je met Microsoft Fabric als centrale bouwsteen van het dataplatform, aangevuld met Power BI, Python en grootschalige datapipelines. Je zet rapporterings- en analysebehoeften om in performante datamodellen, efficiënte ETL-processen en herbruikbare data-assets, zodat gebruikers kunnen rekenen op consistente en bruikbare inzichten.

Je levert ook inhoudelijke input over architectuur, data governance, datakwaliteit, onderhoudbaarheid, lineage en schaalbaarheid. Daarbij stem je regelmatig af met analisten, rapporteringsspecialisten, architecten, eindgebruikers en technische teams.

  • Je ontwerpt, bouwt, optimaliseert en onderhoudt schaalbare datapipelines in een moderne cloud data-omgeving.
  • Je realiseert data-integraties vanuit uiteenlopende bronsystemen, zoals relationele databanken, API's, bestanden en applicaties.
  • Je werkt lakehouse-, warehouse- en medaillonarchitecturen uit en beheert die, met aandacht voor herbruikbaarheid, performantie en datakwaliteit.
  • Je vertaalt rapporterings- en databehoeften naar duidelijke datamodellen, betrouwbare datasets en oplossingen die analyticsomgevingen ondersteunen.
  • Je ontwerpt en implementeert ETL-processen voor de verwerking van datastromen op schaal.
  • Je ondersteunt rapporterings- en analyticsomgevingen met kwalitatieve en consistente data-oplossingen.
  • Je monitort, documenteert en verbetert bestaande dataflows, pipelines en dataprocessen voortdurend.
  • Je neemt dataprojecten zelfstandig op, van analyse en ontwerp tot implementatie en oplevering.
  • Je overlegt met business stakeholders, data-analisten, architecten en technische teams over vereisten, oplossingen en opleveringen.
  • Je draagt bij aan standaarden, best practices, CI/CD, versiebeheer en de deployment van data-oplossingen.
  • Je helpt de maturiteit van het datalandschap verder te verhogen en ondersteunt kennisdeling binnen de organisatie.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als senior data engineer.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met cloudgebaseerde data-architecturen en met lakehouse- of warehouseconcepten binnen Azure.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Fabric, in het bijzonder met pipelines, dataflows en notebooks.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met data-integratie vanuit meerdere bronsystemen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met programmeertalen zoals Python, Java of Scala voor de ontwikkeling van datastromen en ETL-processen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met Python binnen data engineering. Ervaring op mediorniveau in deze context is vereist.
  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare kennis van SQL en query-optimalisatie.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met databanken en met Spark of Spark-gebaseerde verwerking.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met CI/CD, versiebeheer en deployment van data-oplossingen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met Power BI en met het ondersteunen van rapporterings- en analyticsomgevingen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met medaillonarchitectuur, bijvoorbeeld met bronze-, silver- en gold-lagen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van data governance, data quality management en lineage.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van datamodellering volgens de Kimball-methodologie.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van lakehouse-, datamesh- of domein-georiënteerde data-architecturen.
  • Ervaring binnen een publieke, stedelijke of complexe enterprise-omgeving is belangrijk.
  • Je drukt je uitstekend uit in het Nederlands. Taalniveau C2 is vereist.
