📋 Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Voor deze tijdelijke opdracht ligt de focus op de opvolging, analyse en rapportering van het personeelsbudget binnen een financiële context.

Je analyseert personeelskosten en budgetafwijkingen, actualiseert prognoses en levert duidelijke financiële inzichten aan ter ondersteuning van budgettaire beslissingen. Daarnaast breng je financiële risico’s en evoluties tijdig in kaart en draag je bij aan een betrouwbare en efficiënte budgetopvolging.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je stelt budgetten en financiële prognoses op in overleg met financiële en business controllers en de budgetverantwoordelijke van het betrokken domein.
  • Je maakt voorbereidende analyses, brengt budgetnoden in kaart en verzorgt de volledige budgetrapportering en forecasting binnen je scope.
  • Je signaleert trends, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten op basis van de cijfers.
  • Je werkt mee aan de maandelijkse afsluiting en stelt managementrapportering op, inclusief variantieanalyses en toelichting bij de cijfers op maand-, kwartaal- en jaarbasis.
  • Je voert kosten- en opbrengstenanalyses uit ter ondersteuning van beslissingen op langere termijn.
  • Je levert input voor de jaarafsluiting van je toegewezen domein door cijfers te controleren en te analyseren, te rapporteren over kosten en opbrengsten, en mee te werken aan het financiële deel van het jaarverslag.
  • Je werkt samen met het BI-team aan verdere standaardisatie, dashboarding en de verbetering van financiële rapportering, onder meer met Power BI.
  • Je ondersteunt de adaptatie en uitrol van een nieuw ERP-systeem en bouwt voldoende inhoudelijke kennis op om die implementatie binnen de betrokken afdeling mee te begeleiden.
  • Je volgt procedures correct op en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van bestaande financiële processen.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een diploma in een financiële of economische richting en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Je hebt ervaring met financial controlling, budgettering en forecasting.
  • Ervaring met de analyse van personeelskosten is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig, kan informatie synthetiseren en daaruit relevante conclusies trekken.
  • Je beheerst MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel. Kennis van SAP, Power BI en ERP-omgevingen is een plus.
  • Je vertaalt financiële informatie op een heldere en beknopte manier naar bruikbare inzichten voor stakeholders.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met anderen, maar functioneert ook zelfstandig. Je pakt problemen gestructureerd aan en plant je werk volgens de prioriteiten van de dienst en de interne klant.
