Functieomschrijving

Als MES Editor werk je mee aan de verdere digitalisering van productieprocessen in een farmaceutische omgeving. Je zet operationele processen om naar digitale batchrecords en zorgt voor een correcte configuratie binnen PAS-X. Daarbij ondersteun je meerdere MES-initiatieven op de site en stem je af met teams uit productie, quality en engineering. Zo help je mee aan een efficiënte en conforme productieomgeving.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Elektronische batchrecords (EBR's) aanmaken en up-to-date houden
  • Productieprocessen vertalen naar Master Batch Records
  • Productieprocessen configureren binnen PAS-X en andere MES-gerelateerde workflows
  • CIP-, SIP-, leaktest-, media- en bufferprocessen implementeren
  • MES-projecten binnen de productiesite ondersteunen
  • GMP-richtlijnen en change control procedures correct toepassen
  • Afstemmen met productie-, quality- en engineeringteams

Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende stakeholders en prioriteiten. Dankzij je communicatieve aanpak werk je efficiënt samen met diverse teams.

Hard skills

  • Bachelor diploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met PAS-X, MBR-design of een vergelijkbaar MES-systeem
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen pharma of de procesindustrie
  • Goede kennis van GMP-richtlijnen en Change Control-procedures
  • Een sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands en Engels
