Cette organisation de service public intervient notamment dans la gestion des infrastructures IT, le développement d'applications métiers, l'accompagnement des projets digitaux, la cybersécurité, la protection des données, ainsi que le support aux utilisateurs et la formation.

Mission

Le Transformation Office pilote, gouverne et coordonne un portefeuille de programmes et de projets de transformation portant sur l'évolution des structures, des processus et des systèmes.

Dans ce cadre, vous apportez un support opérationnel au Head of Transformation Office et au Lead of Transformation Office. Vous consolidez les informations de pilotage afin de fournir au management une vision claire et exploitable pour la prise de décision.

Responsabilités principales

  • Préparer les instances de gouvernance, notamment les SteerCo et autres comités.
  • Assurer le suivi de l'avancement des projets et des programmes.
  • Suivre les budgets, les risques et les dépendances.
  • Mettre à jour la roadmap globale de transformation.
  • Produire les tableaux de bord et les reportings de pilotage.
  • Structurer, consolider et analyser les données de pilotage via des outils BI, MS Office et MS Project.

📝 Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure de niveau Master en gestion, ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en PMO, pilotage de programmes, gestion de portefeuille ou transformation.
  • Bonne maîtrise des référentiels et méthodes de pilotage de programmes et de portefeuille, notamment PMBOK et Agile.
  • Expérience confirmée en consolidation de données, reporting et production d'indicateurs de pilotage.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de structuration de l'information.
  • Maîtrise du français.
  • Approche rigoureuse, fiabilité dans l'information produite et communication structurée avec les équipes métiers, IT et les sponsors.
