Als Project Manager Mechanical Pharma neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid op voor mechanische projecten binnen een GMP-gecontroleerde productieomgeving. Je werkt aan nieuwe installaties, wijzigingen en optimalisaties van bestaande productie-installaties en equipment. Daarbij stem je af met engineering, operations, contractors en andere betrokken partijen op de site.

Je begeleidt projecten van conceptfase tot oplevering en houdt daarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en budget nauwgezet onder controle. De focus ligt op technisch uitdagende installaties met een rechtstreekse impact op productieprocessen binnen pharma en chemie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je leidt mechanische projecten van concept en engineering tot uitvoering en oplevering.
  • Je stelt scope, planning, budget en benodigde resources op en volgt die verder op.
  • Je coördineert interne stakeholders en externe contractors tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je verzorgt de technische opvolging van reactoren, tanks, piping en andere productie-installaties.
  • Je begeleidt FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ en commissioningactiviteiten binnen een GMP-omgeving.
  • Je faciliteert risicoanalyses zoals HAZOP en FMEA en volgt CAPA-acties op.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang tijdens constructie- en werfactiviteiten.

📝 Jouw profiel

Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert vlot met uiteenlopende stakeholders en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het resultaat. Dankzij je analytische aanpak behoud je ook in complexe technische projecten het overzicht.

  • Je hebt een master in Mechanische Engineering of Industriële Engineering.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Project Manager binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen pharma of chemie en vertrouwdheid met GMP/GxP-richtlijnen zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanical equipment, contractor management en werfopvolging.
  • Je beschikt over een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring met FAT, SAT, IQ en OQ-trajecten.
