Mission

Au sein du Transformation Office, vous soutenez le pilotage, la gouvernance et la coordination du portefeuille de programmes et projets de transformation. Vous accompagnez le responsable du Transformation Office et veillez à la qualité, à la fiabilité et à la consolidation des informations utiles à la prise de décision dans un contexte de transformation organisationnelle touchant les structures, les processus et les systèmes.

Activités

  • Préparer la gouvernance et les comités de pilotage (SteerCo)
  • Assurer le suivi de l’avancement des projets et programmes
  • Consolider les budgets et en suivre l’évolution
  • Gérer la roadmap et le planning intégré
  • Suivre les risques, les dépendances et les arbitrages
  • Produire les tableaux de bord et les reportings de pilotage
  • Coordonner les échanges entre les équipes IT, les sponsors et les interlocuteurs métiers

📝 Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure de niveau Master en gestion, ingénierie ou équivalent
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en PMO, pilotage de programmes, gestion de portefeuille ou transformation
  • Expérience confirmée en transformation digitale, idéalement dans une fonction de management ou de pilotage
  • Maîtrise des approches PMBOK et Agile appliquées au pilotage de programmes et à la gestion de portefeuille de transformation
  • Bonne pratique de la consolidation budgétaire, du planning intégré et du reporting
  • Utilisation professionnelle de BI, MS Office et MS-Project
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de structuration
  • Pensée systémique et capacité à intégrer plusieurs chantiers en parallèle
  • Aisance dans la collaboration avec les équipes IT, les métiers, les sponsors et la direction
  • Communication structurée, avec la capacité de traduire des enjeux complexes en décisions opérationnelles
  • Diplomatie organisationnelle dans un environnement impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes
  • Français requis
