Locatie: Brussel Centrum

Voor deze rol zoeken we een ervaren developer met een sterke technische lead-focus. Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van een schaalbaar businessplatform op .NET en Azure, en neemt tegelijk een voortrekkersrol op in analyse, codekwaliteit en technische coaching.

  • Je bewaakt de technische kwaliteit van de oplossing en legt de lat hoog op het vlak van codekwaliteit, security en maintainability.
  • Je voert code reviews uit en ondersteunt developers met inhoudelijke coaching en mentoring.
  • Je vertaalt business- en domeinvraagstukken naar duidelijke technische analyses en concrete specificaties.
  • Je ontwikkelt actief mee aan enterprise software op basis van .NET, C# en Azure.
  • Je werkt in een cloud-native omgeving en draagt bij aan schaalbare applicaties en infrastructuurkeuzes.
  • Je past DevOps-principes toe, werkt met CI/CD-pijplijnen en hebt ervaring met containerisatie via Kubernetes en Docker.
  • Je werkt AI-assisted: je gebruikt tooling zoals Claude Code en GitHub Copilot in echte projecten en beoordeelt de output kritisch op architectuur, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt mee aan event-driven oplossingen en ondersteunt architecturale keuzes rond messaging, event sourcing en domeinmodellering.
  • Je stemt af met andere teamleden en deelt actief kennis om het team technisch sterker te maken.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt grondige ervaring met .NET en C# voor applicatieontwikkeling.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Azure-services en cloudgebaseerde infrastructuren.
  • Je hebt praktijkervaring met DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes en Docker.
  • Je kan businessnoden vertalen naar technische analyse en functionele of technische specificaties.
  • Je hebt ervaring met code reviews, technische coaching en het begeleiden van ontwikkelaars.
  • Je hebt kennis van Angular voor frontend development.
  • Je hebt ervaring met AI-assisted software engineering, onder meer met tools zoals Claude Code en GitHub Copilot.
  • Je beoordeelt software kritisch op security, codekwaliteit en architecturale samenhang.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met enterprise softwareontwikkeling in een schaalbare context.
  • Ervaring met event-driven architectuur, event sourcing, RabbitMQ en MassTransit is een plus.
  • Ervaring met Marten, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch en Domain-Driven Design is mooi meegenomen.
  • Certificaten zoals AZ-204 en AZ-400 zijn een extra troef.
  • Je denkt analytisch, lost complexe problemen efficiënt op en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig waar nodig en functioneert tegelijk sterk in teamverband.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
