Project

Het ANPR-programma is ondergebracht binnen een directie die instaat voor informatiebeheer, ICT-standaarden en de implementatie van informatie- en communicatiesystemen. Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) maakt gebruik van intelligente camera's die nummerplaten herkennen en vergelijken met bestaande gegevens, zoals gestolen of gesignaleerde voertuigen of toegangsbeperkingen in bepaalde zones. Een performant centraal beheersysteem, met betrouwbare connectiviteit en gegevensdoorstroming, is daarbij essentieel.

Missie

Als analist-tester binnen het ANPR-team bepaal je welke testen nodig zijn, waaronder functionele, technische, acceptatie- en regressietesten. Je werkt hiervoor een beknopte omschrijving en een testplan uit in overleg met ontwikkelaars en business analisten. Daarna vertaal je dit naar gedetailleerde testscenario's en testscripts, en voer je de tests en hertests uit.

Je onderhoudt ook geautomatiseerde tests om problemen snel op te sporen. Daarbij gebruik je je technisch inzicht in IT-systemen en applicaties, je kennis van testdata en testomgevingen, en je ervaring met verschillende testtypes. Je verdiept je vlot in de materie en houdt rekening met de specifieke uitdagingen en risico's van het systeem.

Je werkt service- en gebruikersgericht en documenteert de voortgang en resultaten van de verschillende testactiviteiten zorgvuldig.

Hoofdtaken

  • Testplanningen opstellen en de benodigde testaanpak mee bepalen
  • Testscenario's en testscripts uitwerken en documenteren
  • Functionele, technische, acceptatie- en regressietesten uitvoeren en hertesten
  • Bevindingen en defecten opsporen, registreren en opvolgen
  • Rapporten en analyses opmaken over voortgang en testresultaten

Bijkomende taken

  • Aanbevelingen formuleren over testtypes, teststrategie en testomgeving
  • Applicatiedocumentatie opstellen, waaronder release notes
  • Samenwerken met IT- en securityteams om een veilige en efficiënte werking te ondersteunen
  • Structurele problemen signaleren, werkinstructies verbeteren en documentatie actualiseren

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt hands-on ervaring binnen software testing, met name in het opzetten en documenteren van testplannen, scenario's en scripts.
  • Je hebt een basis technisch inzicht in IT-systemen en applicaties.
  • Je hebt kennis van geautomatiseerd testen en testtools.
  • Je hebt inzicht in testdata en verschillende testomgevingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met defectopvolging en met het opsporen en documenteren van bevindingen en fouten.
  • Je kent verschillende testtypes, zoals functioneel, technisch, acceptatie- en regressietesten.
  • Je kan rapporten en analyses opstellen over voortgang en resultaten.
  • Je werkt methodisch, nauwkeurig en grondig.
  • Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en je werk goed plannen.
  • Je communiceert helder en stelt gerichte vragen en bijvragen.
  • Je bent leergierig en deelt opgebouwde kennis met collega's.
  • Je kan samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team met interne en externe medewerkers.
  • Je drukt je uit in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
